Our Team
Lewis N. Jones, “Woody”, practices consumer collection law, creditor’s bankruptcy law and real estate foreclosure law. He is the author of “Georgia Legal Collections” (Thomson West Publishing) and has lectured extensively on these topics.
Mr. Jones was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1969, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in 1969, and the United States Supreme Court in 1973. He has argued a number of cases representing creditors before both the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Sherwin P. Robin graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1972 and was a member of the Alpha Phi Omega. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Potomac School of Law in 1978. He began his law practice in Savannah, Georgia in 1978.
Sherwin is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, Savannah Bar Association, Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), National Creditor’s Bar Association (NARCA), ACA International and DBA International.
Sherwin is married to Sara Robin. Sherwin has two children and two grandchildren. Sherwin & Sara have a four legged child, Brady, a rescued Shar Pei.

Sara graduated from California State at Long Beach with her degree in Accounting. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2009 and joined Sherwin P. Robin & Associates, P.C. She was admitted to the Georgia Bar on November 6, 2009. Sara is also a licensed CPA.
Sara is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, Georgia Society of CPAs, Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), National Creditor’s Bar Association (NARCA), and ACA International.
Sara is married to Sherwin. They have a four legged child, Brady, a rescued Shar Pei. Sara enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending time on the farm.
